In the event of a declined payment, Fangage usually receives information from your bank that the transaction did not go through. We accept several payment methods, so please make sure that your desired payment method is included.
There are several reasons why your payment may get declined:
- Payment information entered is incorrect
- Credit or debit card has expired
- Insufficient funds in the account
In case you are still having trouble, make sure your payment provider supports e-commerce transactions. If the payment information you entered is correct, please contact your bank for additional info to find out why there are issues with your payment.
